The Homeowners Association is at this time examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their comments by September 1st.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 15th.
